Our home buying adventure in Portland took over half a year and our family was so fortunate to have Shelly's help throughout the entire process. She is the perfect mix of professional, fun, and thoughtful that anyone would want to have when moving from out of state.

Her knowledge of real estate goes far beyond just consumer residential and that's something that you will be grateful for when looking for homes in a city as diverse as Portland. She is simultaneously an excellent listener and is able to explain the intricacies of home buying in a way that everyone can understand.

I can't recommend her highly enough, especially if your family is lgbtq+ or if it has small children. She has a thorough knowledge of the various neighborhoods with a particular eye toward safety that we were all thankful for.

We were relocating to Oregon from out of state and were put in touch with Shelly through a mutual friend. From the beginning, she was patient and VERY responsive to my incessant questions about the market in Oregon. We were only going to have 10 days to find a house and as the time for us to house hunt grew closer, she really dug into what would be the best fit for us. When we saw the listing that we knew would be our home, we let Shelly know immediately and she worked tirelessly over the next 3 days and a holiday weekend to make sure we got the home we knew we would love. We don’t even know half of the work she was doing on our behalf but we knew we were in good hands. Her years of experience in the Portland market paid off and we just closed on our home. Hopefully this will be our forever home, but if we ever need to sell/buy a house in Oregon, Shelly will be our only call for a realtor. 🦖

Shelly was personable and helped us navigate the extremely competitive Portland housing market. She answered all our questions quickly and gave great insight into what we could expect throughout the process. She’s an excellent negotiator, and that was a huge advantage when we got into a bidding war for our home. It was our first offer on any house, and it was accepted. That’s unheard of in the Portland market. She also negotiated additional benefits from the seller despite it being a seller’s market. Shelly really made a difference in getting us into our home, and we’re so grateful we chose her.
