Good knowledge of locale and resources needed when moving to a new location. helped locate electrician, flooring contractor, etc. Still stop by and ask who she would recommend to do specific work on the property. She made the move to Valley County easy.

Berkley r0 - June 2015 Shelly took the time to really learn what we were looking for, and worked very hard to find that for us. Throughout the entire process, she was communicative and easy to work with. We felt that she went over and above in her work to find us a home. She is a native of this area, and therefore knows the ins and outs not only of the real estate market, but also of thousands of related auxiliary things, such as who inspects septic systems and propane stoves. She is friendly, enjoyable to work with, and very knowledgeable. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

She is great in constantly staying communicated and quick at being responsive in anything you need to know. She will always go the extra mile to make sure you have exactly what you want and you are happy. idahomountaingoat - August 2015 Shelly DeMoss came to my home in late April and looked at the property maps and history of our distant machine shop ownership. At that occasion I knew I had made a great choice in realtors. We made a plan to physically look at the property. She was excited about the scenic location and 4-wheel drive access. With a camera she hiked the steep terrain looking for survey markers. I was taking inventory of a lifetime of heavy equipment and tools and when she returned we discussed what I would move off site. I had my work cut out for me. Within a few days she had the fabulous lakeview pictures with the listing posted. And just a couple days after that she had a very motivated buyer wanting to close in two weeks. As I panicked wondering how to get a 1960 John Deere Diesel tractor and lots of other heavy metal objects off site Shelly gave me advice and in just those few short weeks a property we had had for over 20 years was sold to a buyer anxious to build a log home on one of the scenic ridges overlooking the lake.

B. Deem - May 2015 We traveled full-time in a motor-home for 13 years and chose to settle down. We made contact with Shelly while we were in AZ during the winter and informed her of our desires. She assured us that we would find a home in our price range. She immediately set us up with email listings we followed during the winter and stayed in contact with us. She met us as soon as we returned to New Meadows. We identified a home in which we were interested (not her listing) and she unselfishly led us to the house. We walked in the door and exclaimed We will take it! She followed through with every detail and made the process painless. She had great rapport with the Seller's agent. She is smart and knowledgeable. We love her! She has become our Forever Friend.
