As first-time home buyers, new parents, and new residents to the area, the idea of buying a home was very daunting to me. I pretty much knew nothing about the process. Shelly took the anxiety away from day 1! She was encouraging and super patient with answering all of our questions and outlined things that we wouldn't have even thought to ask. My husband (and new infant) have pretty demanding schedules and she worked around all of it- she made herself available whenever it worked for us and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her (even on her BIRTHDAY!). We asked for names of other professionals related to the process such as contractors, insurance companies, mortgage etc. and she provided several names so we could choose someone on our own, but saved us so much time and money in finding trustworthy professionals to work with. We have been extremely satisfied with the entire process and all thanks to Shelly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
