Shelly Hooper

Shelly was born and raised in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota, the state known for "cold nose, warm heart". After vacationing regularly in SW Florida for several years, she and her family finally escaped the harsh Minnesota winters and settled in Naples full time.

Shelly approaches every transaction with integrity and energy. Her goal is to make real estate transactions as stress free and enjoyable as possible! Her friendliness, coupled with her strong Midwest work ethic, are sure to exceed your expectations.

After graduation from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul with degrees in both finance and economics, Shelly worked for a real estate developer. She then completed her M.B.A. at the University of Minnesota and went on to enjoy a successful career as a project manager at a Fortune 500 company before entering the world of real estate!

During her free time, you will find Shelly spending time with her children, running, enjoying Naples' beaches on a paddle board or playing with her Labrador Retriever. She is a member of the Naples' Area Board of Realtors, holds her G.R.I. (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and has ranked in the TOP 10 producers at MVP Realty. She has achieved the MVP Gold Award for 2019, 2020 and 2021, and the prestigious Emerald Award in 2022 and 2023.
