I've had very limited experience with real estate sales, especially one of this magnitude. Shelly guided me through all of the sale with patience and respect for our emotional ties to the estate. She was kind and informative, but cognizant of what had to be accomplished. Shelly was my advocate but also a dear friend in the accomplishment of the goal. She is highly qualified and respects the needs of the client. It is without reservation that I recommend her for clients in the Colorado mountain regions. She is the best!

Shelly did a GREAT job for my family. We had a very difficult sale that we needed help with, and Shelly made it extremely smooth. The property had a multitude of complexities, and the family are all geographically dispersed. It was a lot for Shelly to have to help guide through the process, but it came together in a great way.
