We just became first time homebuyers and we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else but Shelly to guide us through the process!

She was fantastic to work with. Shelly listened to our (ever evolving) list of wants and needs, made herself available whenever we needed her, liaised on our behalf to sellers’ agents, provided honest and supportive feedback when we felt stuck or unaligned, and ultimately helped us snag our dream home. Not an easy fete in today’s market!

If and when the time comes for us to look for a new home, Shelly will be the agent we want by our side. We can’t recommend her enough!

Shelly helped my wife and I find our first house, and it was our dream home. We were so lucky to work together looking at houses and finding a wonderful place to live during the pandemic. My wife and I thought we wouldn’t be able to find a place that we’d enjoy, but Shelly made sure to take the time and look at places in person on her own time and then always contact me about meeting up if the place was a good match. She had a lot of knowledge to share since it was our first time buying a home as well.
