Hmmm Where can I start about Ms. Shenel Nurse. She is a wonderful and beautiful lady. Her professionalism was over the top I could call or text her anytime of the day or night to ask her any question and no question was too dumb being as though I’m just learning the process. She made my first time buying a home a breeze. She was always on time for our appointments and if she couldn’t make she sent someone and they were great as well. She kept her foot on my neck to make sure I did exactly what I was supposed to do and I appreciate that because I can get sidetracked at times. I definitely will recommend to all my friends and people I don’t know. Also I will be using her for my next home that I purchase because this is just the beginning its only up from here. Thank you Shenel soo soo much you’re great at everything that you do. God Bless you

I had to sell my mom house due to her passing in 2020. I reached out to Shenel whom I had know for years. She took control and navigated everything to get my mom's house sold. There was some hiccups along the way NEVER on her part and she handled it to get me to the settlement table today. It's bittersweet to part ways with the house, but i don't think I would had been able to handle it without her. I chose the right person for the job. Shenel I sincerely THANK YOU for everything. Just for the professionalism, being dependable, attentive to everything, my VOICE with the CRAZY lender. Now, I can close this part of the chapter to work on getting my second home with you as my agent.

We used Shenel to sell and buy our home(s). There was a last minute concern that presented itself just prior to closing on the purchase of our new home which Shenel jumped in and resolved without hesitation. Shenel was an asset when it came to working with the loan officer and making sure choices were made that were best for us. Shenel assisted my husband and I to sell our home. Her professionalism and experience really helped to ensure the deal went forward as planned. There were a few bumps that came about after the buyers inspection. If it were not for her contacts and expertise. We may not have been able to close on time. Every deal is not cut and dry. It's those time when something comes up, that having someone with knowledge and experience makes all the difference in the world!
