Shenika was very informative from the beginning to the end of the home buying process she not only listened but she delivered exactly what I was looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Although the budget was not high she was still persistent that I could find what I was looking for and we did. She is very personable and stayed on top of things from start to finish...I cannot thank her enough what stand out most is that I work 9 to 5 literally and she ensured all if the viewings were after work, so I never had to miss a day of work. Shenika made sure our long distance condo purchase went smoothly. She was very responsive, flexible and resourceful. We were from out of state and she made herself available at short notice to show us the homes we were interested in viewing. She presented our contract quickly but when the first property turned out to have problems she quickly resolved that contract and started searching for additional properties that would suit our needs. She conducted virtual and in person tours in a professional and safe manner. When we needed a lawyer, home inspector and handyman she was able to find all three quickly and efficiently. She helped with the long distance closing and made herself available to escort the repairman after closing to finish up some last minute repairs before we arrived. She also presented us with a wonderful and very practical gift basket. We have purchased many properties and Shenika Banks is one of the best realtors we have worked with.
