Shenna just guided us through the purchase of a condo for my son, his girlfriend, and their baby who will be here soon. We had an excellent experience with her. We quickly found a good option, and she helped us with the offer and, later, the counter offer. All the way through, I felt her advice was sound, realistic, and anchored in our best interest. Once the offer was accepted, she had great contacts for the inspection and for information on follow-up work we wanted done before the sale. She was responsive to (and patient with) questions and made sure we had what we needed to make everything work. We are grateful for her help and highly recommend Shenna to others who are home shopping.

Working with Shenna has been been a truly great experience! This was our first time buying a house, and we were completely lost. She took her time walking us through everything, and made house hunting a great experience. She was able to quickly point things out about houses that we wouldn't have noticed. When we did get an offer accepted, she negotiated to keep our price reasonable, and was our rock in getting us through this incredibly stressful process. We had a lot of bumps along the way, and were often confused on how to proceed. I don't know that I would be writing this from our new house if we hadn't had this good good of an agent, ally, and now friend.

Attentive, Intelligent, Caring.
This is the way that we would describe our experience with Shenna.
We actually began looking at homes with her prior to the pandemic. And because our first impressions with her were so positive, we called her one year later to continue the process with us. Others were recommended through our lender and friends. But, we wanted to stick with the person that made us feel confident in the process. Confident in her ability to guide us gently, as first time buyers. And she delivered!!
Anytime we had a question or concern, she walked us through each step. She also advocated for us in situations that we would not have necessarily known any better.
We are so happy Shenna was apart of this memory for us. It makes us tear up a little to have accomplished this. And Shenna made it even more joyful.

Shenna was incredible from beginning to end. Very open, honest, and transparent. I didn't get the impression that all she wanted was a sale. She truly cared about the home that I was looking at. And cared about me and what was best for my situation. She is so kind and sweet. I will be going to her for all my future home purchases and real estate endeavors. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the purchase processes.

Shenna is one of the best realtors I've worked with!! Highly recommend!!
I live in CA and she helped me get a property in Portland. With the distance we were able to view properties through zoom, make offers quickly, and view the positive/negative with each property. She will build the relationship with you, to figure out what your dream home; at the same time being patience for my pickiness LOL. If I was to purchase another property I would definitely choose Shenna again. Her work speaks for herself. Thank You Shenna for everything, You're the Best!!

Shenna made buying our first home such a smooth process! She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel like a burden with my many questions (at random hours of the day). She kept us updated each step of the way and was very understanding and accommodating with my crazy work schedule. She educated us, guided us, advocated for us, and it led to us purchasing our first home. I would definitely recommend her to any of my close family members or friends!
