I have nothing but good things to say about Sher! She is genuine, kind, knowledgable, and most importantly - will work day and night to make sure you get the best deal from your real estate transaction!
Sher helped me purchase my first home, we visited many properties together and her input was extremely valuable.
We ended up buying a home from Lennar (new construction) and while Lennar doesn't require you to come with a realtor, Sher's experience was unmatched and even when escrow got delayed, she helped us navigate through the final stages and got us into our new home!
We'll definitely use Sher when we are ready to expand to a bigger property and can't wait to use her again as both a buyer & seller's agent.

Ms. Sheldon was wonderful, professional, and attuned to what I wanted in a property. She found me just the place I was looking for and that matched my preferences! I am enjoying the view in the new place and the landlords are a charming retired couple who are just a pleasure with whom to speak. Ms. Sheldon went above and beyond to address my questions and concerns and from start to finish, this was truly a remarkable experience! I have lived in various places, but never has the process been so smooth and efficient. Thank you!

There’s so much I can say about Sher Sheldon, and THE SHELDON TEAM. I have really grown as a realtor, and know I have developed exceptional skills in such a short period of time. There is so much help and support with THE SHELDON TEAM, and I can really see how being on such a productive team will help our clients sell their homes.
