She was extremely helpful, from our first initial contact, answering all our questions promptly and thoroughly, and going out of her way to schedule appointments and meet us at times that were convenient for us. Sheree was nothing less than amazing when working with us to find a new home. She went above and beyond what I would expect of any agent. She was attentive, responsive, respectful, and willing to take us to see any house we requested, even the less than desirable ones. We wanted a fixer-upper, and she was right there with us, even in the worst houses. She even met with one of the inspectors for a follow-up and dug out our septic system lid, so he had access to it when we couldn't be there. I've never met an agent like her. You won't be disappointed!

Buying a house with Sheree was a fantastic experience! As first-time home buyers, we were very nervous about the process. Sheree made everything easy and answered all of our questions. We were able to rely on her to make sure every step of the process was taken care of, and she was extremely responsive to all of our questions along the way. I can’t recommend Sheree enough, she is a wonderful realtor.

I know Sheree for about 10 years. When she told me that she got her Realtors License, decided she would be the one to call when we were ready to call. Last Fall we decided the time was right. Sheree stopped by our home and went over all of the details with us, explaining everything. She also provided several ideas of what we could do to increase the salability/value of the home.

When ready, she listed the home on Thursday and by Sunday evening we had four offers.

Sheree worked with us and kept us informed about everything that was happening. If I sent her an email or message, her response was very quick. Even though she is not the realtor working with us for the new home, she has helped us with issues and even spoke to the other realtor to get information for us.

I would recommend Sheree to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Considerate, friendly, knowledgeable...

As a first time home buyer in a competitive market, Sheree made obtaining our dream home a reality! She took the time to get to know our wants and needs, and educate us on the home buying process. Her effective communication skills were apparent in her ability to update us on the newest listings, and those which weren't even on the market yet.
