In Florida it is very difficult to find people to show up, have expertise and the skills to take the deal to the finish line. This has been the case each time I have worked with her I have felt very relaxed. I had a very difficult closing with my house in Woodfield Country Club, the lawyers were a bit overwhelmed with all the nuances of the closing because there are two homeowner associations. Shereen commanded he room and calmly explained all the requirements to everyone. I m quite sure if she was not there, there would have been problems with my closing!!!

We were very impressed with her knowledge of the area and used it to determine where we wanted to live. She is a very pleasant and high energy person who is always ready and willing to help - 24 x 7. She is also a true professional. She helped us with inspections and the resolution of concerns, market pricing insights and closing. She is so nice that she even personally offered to print closing documents on the day we were moving since our printer was not set up so we can get our utilities turned on.
