I cannot recommend Sheri Sauer with @properties highly enough! She is hands down, the best realtor out there and did just a phenomenal job of helping us sell our property. From beginning to end, Sheri is there to guide you through every step of the process with her expert knowledge and the utmost professionalism. On top of that, her demeanor is incredibly optimistic, kind, patient and caring, and it is very clear that all her clients are in the best of hands. She looked out for us to make sure our deal went through as seamlessly as possible, always following up with any new developments. If there was a bump in the road, I knew Sheri would handle it for us. She really understands people and works well with everyone. Her expertise in the market is unmatched. Sheri was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of selling my mothers house after she went into a nursing home. Her understanding of our needs and being willing to work with them was wonderful and she made the whole ordeal easy. Her advise was spot on at each step of the way.

I've really appreciated working with Sheri during the process of buying one property and thinking through selling another. I met her during an open house I was interested in and she helped every visitor appreciate a funky house that needed some TLC. While that wasn't the property for me, Sheri was the agent for me. Sheri helped me in a very competitive market find the right property. That included three houses that didn't work out for various reasons until we found the one that did. Of course the house I like was liked by many people - there were multiple same day offers when it hit the market. But Sheri ensured that we were first in to see it and first in to make an offer. That made all the difference to this seller - they liked our decisiveness. Which was all Sheri - she was relentless while being professional and kind. I cannot recommend working with Sheri enough!!
