If you are new to the Richmond, VA area Sheri is a wealth of knowledge! We were relocating with no knowledge of the location, neighborhoods, school districts, local real estate practices, lenders and other agencies involved in the home buying process locally. She helped direct us to resources to become better informed, provided direction and responded to our questions where she was professionally permitted to by law. She lined up 2 very long days of house showings that we selected. She was respectful of our wish list and needs and didn't try to pressure us into other homes. She stayed with us (late!) in our hotel lobby while we made our selection and crafted our offer. She coordinated the inspections, the closing, etc from 2 states away for us. She remained in constant contact with us, was very responsive, and overall helped us to have a smooth process moving to Richmond, VA and finding our new home. Very pleased with this experience and Sheri's attention to detail. I would highly recommend her as an agent.
