The Dean Group founders Patrick and Sheri met at the University of Illinois – Champaign-Urbana in 1996. He was studying economics. She was studying mathematics and computer science. The college sweethearts married and headed to Boston in 2001 a life-changing adventure: a new city, new jobs, and their first-ever home.
Patrick and Sheri completed a full renovation of their historic Boston home in less than a year. Knee-deep in the demo, they realized their passion for real estate and working together on large-scale projects. After eight years on the east coast working in Finance and Operations – all while renovating homes and advising friends and family on property purchases – they returned to Chicago to pursue their love of everything real estate.
In 2016, they launched the Dean Group to offer their expertise to homebuyers and sellers in Chicago and the northwest suburbs. The Deans have now teamed up with us to provide relevant, knowledgeable, and professional realtor services to their clients. almost two decades, they’ve bought and sold homes themselves and counseled family and friends on the sale, purchase, and renovation of homes. Now, they’d like to help you.
Sheri resides in Palatine with her husband, Patrick, and three kids. She earned a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois – Chicago and a Master's in Business Administration from Boston College. Prior to real estate, she spent 16 years as an executive in strategic planning, technology, and operations.
