Sheril Madden

Sheri Madden relocated from Massachusetts to Berkeley in 1993. She began her career in real estate in 1996 after a 15-year career in teaching and counseling. Sheri’s lifelong passion for houses and analyzing home sales, coupled with her expertise working with people, have contributed to her real estate success.

In 2019, Sheri ranked among the Top 2% of realtors in the inner East Bay. Sheri has been a top producer for many years. She has represented buyers and sellers on the sale of over 300 homes. Since joining Marvin Gardens in 2006, she has consistently been one of the top producers in the company, and since 2008 she has ranked in the top 3.5% of all agents who are members of the Berkeley Association of Realtors in terms of sales volume. Sheri is highly regarded by her clients and colleagues for her integrity, patience, and dedication. She is viewed as an ally, a friend and a professional who is genuinely concerned about those she works with both during and after a transaction. She is a shrewd negotiator and is known for exceptional marketing of homes, resulting in unprecedented sale prices. Sheri has two grown children and served on the board of their schools, organizing fund-raising events, for many years. Sheri loves walking and can often be seen walking with her husband for hours, every Saturday and Sunday morning.
