Sherita was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire home search. I am a first time home buyer and she provided the highest quality of service and professionalism. Even though I had millions of questions and sometimes had to ask the same thing over and over again, Sherita was patient and very kind at all times. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to purchase a home.

Sherita is by far the very best at what she does. From the moment I met Sherita in the parking lot and said " I'm ready to buy a house" til this very moment she has been nothing but professional, helpful, understanding empathetic and so much more. She gave everything to me raw and uncut, didn't withhold any information whether I liked it or not. She was like a big sister who wasn't taking " I quit " for an answer. Even when I was ready to throw in the towel she said " Mykael you getting this house I don't care what it takes, you will be a home owner this year." I seen plenty houses with Sherita and she was very patient with me. Whenever I called she always answered and said "Yes Mykael" because she knew i wanted something lol. Even when I got upset (not with her with the process) and may have yelled at her she never stepped out of her professional roll she simply just let me finish my rant and said " Mykael I'll either fix what someone had messed up or see what else could be done. But what sealed the deal with me being very happy to have hired her was on the morning of February 17, at 5:30 AM I received a text from Sherita with a link to "my new Home" I opened it and it was love at first sight. I told her what I wanted and she definitely delivered. From that moment on it was like Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen in the 90's we became a team although I didn't want to suit up for practice. She got us to the Championship (Closing) and I am forever grateful. Thank You Sherita I wish you nothing but the best on your future deals but I already know you got this in the bag!!

Sherita Owens is the TRUTH! Periodt. If you want to close, choose her as your realtor. She keep it real, very honest, professional, resourceful, fights for her client’s needs, extremely responsive and hard working. I always felt prioritized even though I know she has many clients. I don’t know how she does it all. I had been in the market for over a year and a half with other realtors. After my consultation with Sherita, within a couple of weeks, I was under contract and now living in my first investment property. She’s the multi-unit Queen/Beast, but honestly she’ll find you whatever you’re looking for. She’s taken my calls past midnight and never makes me feel stupid when I asked and still ask every question underneath the sun. Ain’t no one better, look no more. She’s it!!
