About Sherrell

Sherrell comes to Islandwide Associates as an accomplished business manager, house re-modeler, and ocean sailor. She has run multi-million dollar organizations all while working hand-in-hand with her husband to remodel houses. After tiring of the corporate environment, they chose to sell everything, rebuild an older sailboat and spend 10 years sailing the Pacific until arriving in Hawaii in 2013.

“I’m not your typical real estate sales person. In addition to my business experience I have spent a large portion of my life in other countries and learning from people from all walks of life. My focus is on honest assessments and being straight forward, not just trying to close a sale.” And with her strong background in remodeling, and living on the Hilo side of the Big Island, she has developed a trained eye for finding properties that meet the needs and desires of her clients, while staying within their desired price range.
