She was always available to go look at homes with us, even going as far as going herself to showings and face timing us while we were on vacation! She really goes above and beyond, and she truly cares about her clients. Our home buying experience got a little bumpy during the appraisal process, but she was always there with a calming word when my anxiety would get the best of me. What a wonderful experience working with Sherri. She was exceptionally professional and responsive. She made herself available during and after hours to alleviate our anxiety. She was a wonderful resource for quality and affordable contractors who timely completed the projects that Sherri thoughtfully recommended in an effort to provide us with the most return on investment for our limited improvement budget. She even went so far as to help remove items to the garage in order to make our photo session look top notch. I wish there was something more than five stars to give her.

I had some really bad experiences with realtors prior to meeting Sherri through a referral.

Once I spoke to Sherri and explained what I was seeking she immediately went to work. I asked about a house and she had me inside within an hour. Not only did she get me in she pointed out the pros and cons of the property.
When I was ready to make an offer she definitely knew where I needed to be with a multiple offer situation and gave me a strong position. She negotiated on my behalf making sure my final offer was fair and accepted.

Sherri stayed in constant communication while closing and really stepped up after the close when I was having an issue with city inspectors even after I had the repairs scheduled through a contractor.

Sherri is an effective communicator and a great person too. I would highly recommend going with Sherri if you're in need of a realtor that understands the market and a personal touch to match.

From the first time I met Sherri I could tell she was willing to work with me and not push me on finding a house that I wanted. I could tell Sherri prided herself on treating people how she would want to be treated and even treated me like family.
Sherri never pushed me into anything I didn’t want. She just guided me and learned along with me what I wanted in a house. I know I can be very particular in what I want in a house and knew I could count on Sherri to tell me if my expectations were unrealistic. Sherri instead encouraged me and said it may take a little longer but I think we can find just the house you want.
Even when I changed locations where I wanted to buy a house over an hour away from Sherri she went to look at houses with me and even encouraged me without a second thought.
At points I feel I made Sherri look at tons of houses with me and she told me we could look at hundreds of houses it was important we found the house I felt was my home.
In the end Sherri helped me find my home and I can’t thank her enough 😊

In this current housing market time is crucial. Sherri was very responsive and worked quickly when it mattered most. My first day I reached out to her we were looking at a house just hours later. She found our home within hours of it being put on the market, our offer was accepted and we were moved in within a month! A MONTH!
