I contacted Sherri Hearn about one(1) month ago to sell my condo unit in Ocean city . She started to prepare sales contract immediately and gave me great advices on how to prepare my condo unit so that I would have more potential buyers. I followed her advices and I had two (2) offers within one(1) week after she put our condo unit on the market. She has been very responsive and highly professional since the first day we talked . We sold the condo unit very fast and got the higher price than what I expected. I am extremely satisfied with her service and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home.

She was super helpful with writing our offer to ensure we had a great package to present to the sellers.
