Where do I begin? Having Sherri as my relator was a GODSEND and working with her on finding my new home was a stressful process that she made EASY. Sherri is kind, personable, professional and always has her clients best interest in mind and it was truly appreciated. Being a transplant to the southern Florida region, I had my preferences on location, but having Sherri helped me focus on the best area that fit my needs as a travel nurse and not only did we find the perfect location for me to travel locally with low driving demands, I’m 3 miles from the beach and I have SO MUCH space in my new home-which were wants and not HAVES but she made SURE that I had it! Thank you so so much Sherri for all of the hours you put into making sure I settled on my new home, without you as my relator, I don’t know if it would have been possible! We were put in touch with Sherri through the Nurse next door program. We were so lucky to have her during this stressful process. She started searching for houses for us as soon as we talked for the first time. The market was very crazy the past few months, but she kept looking until we found our perfect house.

Sherri truly cares about her clients and doesn’t rest until she finds what you’re looking for. We ended up having to put multiple offers for various houses. Sherri would stay up late just to finish the contracts. She was always there for us for any questions or concerns we had.

We have recently moved in to the new house and we truly could not have done it without her. If you’re looking for a realtor that truly cares about you and your family, she’s who I recommend.

Sherri Purcell is by far the best realtor we could have found. When we were put in touch with her through the Teacher Next Door program, we had talked to a couple other realtors, but they weren't the right fit for us. We had found a home we were interested in, and Sherri contacted the seller immediately after our first conversation. Three offers had been placed on the home, but Sherri knew we were in love with the place and fought for us. She convinced the seller to wait, and told us exactly what we needed to offer to get accepted. This all happened around 7 PM. The seller accepted, and Sherri stayed up until almost midnight to write up our paperwork. We closed in under 45 days. Through the entire process, Sherri was easy to contact, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to provide us, the seller, and our loan company with anything she was asked for. She got us extra money for our closing.

If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares, knows exactly what she is doing, is friendly, responsive, dedicated to her clients, and who will get you in your dream home without delays on her end, Sherri is your absolute best choice, no question. I couldn't have found a better person to help us buy our home, and if we ever move, she'll be our first call.
