Sherrie Cartee

Sherrie Cartee was raised in Tallahassee where she grew up in a Real Estate family. It was her father's vision and that created Killearn Estates, Killearn Acres, Lafayette Oaks, Meridian Hills, Northshire, and Winewood Office Center. She is a charter member of Maclay High School. Sherrie attended Florida State University where she got her Business Administration degree and made Real Estate her career starting in March of 1983. She obtained her Brokers license in 1991 after she joined Killearn Brokers Reality and became an owner in 1993. Sherrie is currently a Broker- Associate with Coldwell Banker Hartung.

Sherrie's passion is Tallahassee... When she is not helping her clients buy/sell Real Estate from the coast to the capital, she is giving back to the Community (or heading to the beach). She has served as a member of the Leadership V Class for the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, FSU Women's Basketball booster board, FSU Women's Committee of 30 Board, and the fund-raising chair for the Parkinson's Board. Sherrie played volleyball for three years at the University of Alabama before finishing her degree at Florida State. The move back to Tallahassee led her to volunteer at her alma mater as an assistant coach for the Maclay volleyball team, leading them to two state championships making her (and the head coach) the only former players to win State Championships as players and coaches. She was inducted in the Maclay Athletic Hall of Fame for the "Multi-Sport Award" and a year later, inducted as a player for winning State Championships in volleyball and basketball.

She is a member of Celebration Baptist Church and the Tallahassee Board of Realtors where she has served on the Strategic Planning Committee and Grievance Committee (2018-present). Whether buying a dream home, vacation home, or investment property her "top producer" experience and knowledge are your greatest asset. Sherrie brings her winning attitude to every transaction, and her results speak to her true passion - her clients.
