Sherry has become family to us! She did a wonderful job selling my grandparents house and supporting us through a hard time. When me and my husband started looking for houses I knew I wanted her to help! My husband has since been very impressed with how helpful and thorough she is. We decided to build and it was a lot of ups and downs and took a total of 11 months, but through the process Sherry ALWAYS had our best interest on every route we took or consider. She is great at communication and reachable. Sherry has a great personality and it’s cliche, but true, she knows her stuff!! She also has great business skills and is considerate of her clients birthdays and many other things. I think that stands out about her. She goes out of her way to have good hospitality. We have be blessed by Sherry, and we will work with her again if given the opportunity!

We love Sherry! We just moved to Alabama from out of state! Our credit was not good! But we called her about a house anyways! She told us there was always a way and she would work to find it! 6 months later we expected her challenge! 3 months later we are first time homeowners! Sherry is the best of the best. We have now bought 2 homes and sold 1 with her. She not only intricately listens to what you want and need, but she’s meticulous throughout the process to get you the best deal and outcomes. Her numbers are spot on. She also explains the process in a way that is bite sized, easy to understand, and comforting as you take a huge financial step. My advice: hire her immediately.

I can’t say ENOUGH about the WONDERFUL experience I had with Sherry Dalton at Keller-Williams Reality. She absolutely went above and beyond for us, and when our situation got sticky she was there day and night for us to answer questions or just to ease our minds! There are not enough stars to adequately reward Sherry's work. Her attention to detail is supurb. The comparables include precisely those which the lender's apprasers must use. Her up-and-down grade for amenities was complete and correct. The staging made everyone who aentered the premesis want to stay. The listing price was such that the buyer would be able to do the up-dating and remain within the appraised value. She kept my daughter, whose computer I am now using, informed

Sherry Dalton is -- in this order -- a personal confidant, and then, second, a consummate real estate pro of the highest degree! Our last house was destroyed by fire in 2018, and Sherry (whom my wife had merely contacted from a realtor's sign) stood by us patiently through two years of dithering both from the insurance company's settlement and then from us trying to decide whether to rebuild on the burned-out lot, while offering sound advice and options, and without putting any pressure on us to choose to her advantage. Then, after an architect provided a fairly realistic cost estimate on a rebuild, we compared notes with Sherry, and she found us brand new construction with equal/better quality at 60% of the cost! In the subsequent closing and relocation transition for us, she was attentive to every detail on our behalf, which is no minor feat (especially for the more administratively challenged among us). We owe so much to Sherry, because she's the one who has found our "Shangri-la". (Note that it's especially tough when the booming market means that you have to act FAST on new listings.) So, my recommendation is, even if, as a prospective home buyer you don't quite know what, or where, or when, or how, or even if, she can help you understand your choices, and when that right moment comes, she can even find you that diamond in the rough!

A barrier came up during the process and not only was she able to keep me emotionally grounded, she worked diligently with our loan officer to find us a new path.
