I am a Realtor serving eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas, specializing in residential properties, farms & ranches.

I have a home inspection background which helps me give my clients insight into things to look for in their new home and also any issues that may need to be addressed in their current property.

I have been involved in real estate for the last 20 years, flipping houses and buying and selling homes for myself. I know exactly what goes into getting a home ready for the market. I also understand buyers' hurdles in finding the perfect home for their families. I have experienced the challenges of being on both sides firsthand.

I have taken multiple online marketing courses to better myself in ways to promote my client's property to its best advantage. I feel strongly that great agents need to have marketing expertise in order to fully promote their client's property so that it stands out above the rest.

My goal is to make sure I do everything in my power to make my clients happy by working hard for them to meet their goals.
