I am a Southern California REALTOR® serving Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County. Before entering real estate, I spent 25 years as a structural engineer, performing residential and commercial building analysis and design. This technical background gives my clients a strong advantage during property inspections, disclosures, and evaluation of a home’s structural integrity. I hold both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in structural engineering and am a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), allowing me to bring a level of precision and expertise that most agents cannot offer.
