Sherry Jolly worked diligently with her broker to ensure the house was ready to be advertised and quickly sold in a volatile housing market! Sherry Jolly is an excellent real estate agent! She works very hard and consistently performs at the highest level! She has a great personality and doesn’t stop working until the house is sold! My home sold on January 3, 2023.

We were fortunate enough to have found Sherry through a friend. Even with her client load, she made herself available to us at a very short notice. She was willing to travel a large radius, which I was so huge for us, since we didn’t have our location narrowed down.

Within a couple of house viewing trips, we found the perfect place, moved in a month later, and we are beyond grateful with the whole process. Thank you, Sherry!

Sherry is great! We've relocated from California and Sherry helped us find our home and settle down in a great neighborhood. She was professional, communicative, and responsive. We appreciate her working after hours to submit requests and amendments to the seller. Most of all, I feel she responded promptly and stayed on top of everything. She has diligently requested subcontractor quotes after the home inspection and helped us negotiate/discount the sales price with the seller. She also referred us to reliable contractors to do remodeling before we move in. She also came by the house after we moved in and helped replace our door lock (deadbolt) that was stuck. We were very pleased with her hard work and recommend her to anyone who is buying a house in Georgia. - Charles
