Sherry Ludecker is a terrific realtor, I know of no one better. This move that we are embarking on is my 37th move so I have been exposed to many realtors over the years, & she sure stands out for me. I have known her for about 3 years, since I moved back to TN. She really knows her stuff, & if she doesn't know, she finds out fast for you. She goes out of her way to make you comfortable, & works so very hard to find what you are looking for. Sometimes she can't find exactly what you want, but comes up with great substitutes. She is just the very best, When I have to move again, she will be the 1 I call for sure.
