If you’re looking for a realtor that goes the extra mile, then call Sherry. We moved to TN from CT and ended up trusting her so much, we bought our house sight unseen. Sherry did not disappoint. From the initial contact to the closing, she is who you will want by your side. If I could give more stars I would.

Sherry was amazing! My husband and I were first time home buyers and trying to buy a house in the area from another state. We were definitely picky but realistic and in this tough market she did a great job setting expectations, helping us think of other pros and cons we didn’t think of at each house and was so diligent and responsive. She helped us with a big negotiation on a fixer upper and we came into the house with equity with her support. Highly recommend her! Definitely reaching back out when we need to sell the house eventually.

My experience working with realtor Sherry Sander was a very positive one. She was always friendly and willing to help me with my search for the type of home I was looking for.
She asked what my needs were and volunteered information that helped my search. She kept in touch and helped guide me in the home buying process. She was easy to reach and quick in getting back in touch with me or helping connect me with others involved in the process.
She was representing the seller, yet she really made an effort to answer my questions, make sure my concerns were addressed and contined to work to make sure I was satisfied with the buyer process and that I would be happy with the home. I felt like I had been represented well and I had made a friend in the process. Thank you Sherry!

Sherry worked extremely hard and listened carefully to our needs. We were on a slow track to buy a home and she was extremely patient and caring with us. She miraculously found us our dream home when we were ready to buy one. She is on trend as to how to land a popular home in such a hot real estate market. Sherry used skill and savvy in her decision making process. She's kind, professional and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a fabulous realtor!

Sherry is an AMAZING realtor, she is very informative with all the processes and next steps in either closing or purchasing a new house. I have used Sherry for closing on my old house and purchasing my new house. She knows how to get things done in a timely manner, and pushes to get answers when needed. She walks your through all the steps and will answer your call at anytime of the day or night.
Sherry takes her time with her clients and guides them with good suggestions and is very upfront and honest with details and what needs to happen to make a sale.
Sherry goes above and beyond with her clients, she is always willing to go the extra mile with helping her clients. I have recommended her to other clients and will continue to share her information with anyone that i know is in the market for selling or buying a home.
