I recently relocated to Aiken, SC for a new job opportunity. One day I was out look for a new home, the very first realtor I met was Sherry Stills. From the very onset, she was helpful and took time to hear what I desired in a home. She didn't have it at the site she was working, but took the time to contact other realtors that had what she thought might interest me. She then escorted my to the property, stayed with me and helped me through that day. Immediately, I was interested in obtaining Sherry's help, she was both knowledgeable and thoughtful in her approach. After our initial meeting, I never even considered another agent. Sherry advised what bank to use, the people to see, and let me tell you we closed in less than a month. Sherry was key in me gaining the knowledge I needed to make a wise and informed decision about the this major purchase. Even at the closing she was there to help me as her client.
