I connected with Sheryl to help sell my brother’s property so he could relocate out of NY. The house had lots of issues and it meant that the sale would most likely be by an investor. When I decided to purchase a home I knew I wanted to work with someone who is a straight shooter. Sheryl hit all the marks in terms of honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and communication. All of those attributes and her experience were evident when we found a home and closed within four months. I gave Sheryl my trust and she really pulled through.

Sheryl and her team work hard and it is very clear that they genuinely care about you and want to find you the best home possible. Her network of professionals were also great. I really liked everyone she recommended when it came time to finding a mortgage lender and lawyer (shoutout to Joel Fana at Chase and Eric Firestone, Esq.)

This included step-by-step management of the sale process which led to an excellent result. She made every aspect of our home sale very clear and transparent to us which happens when you work with a very experienced and knowledgeable realtor like Sheryl. In addition to that, Sheryl ensured that she understood our objectives, including everything from advice on how to ready our home for sale, evaluating the appropriate price, then to using her extensive network to find a wonderful buyer. Her sound advice and guidance made us much more relaxed. This only happens because she devotes tremendous energy to oversee all issues, aided by a large knowledge of the real estate market that was her foundation in working with us. Sheryl’s help was not limited just to selling our home but also to all the ancillary information including packing, moving and very sound recommendations for all kinds of related services.

It should be noted that we were not the easiest of clients. First, after the sale of our house, we wanted to rent an apartment and Sheryl was helping us find a suitable location. Then surprise! Amazing! Sheryl Fine sold my home without me lifting a finger! My husband and I had left NY for the season in the fall of 2019. Then Covid hit and we weren’t able to return and prepare our house for the market . Sheryl did it all. She went in, tucked away all our personal items (no small task), and staged our home beautifully. The aerial and interior photos were gorgeous ! Each showing required outdoor furniture to be taken out and put back into the pool house. She made sure the pool was clean and moved my cars out of the driveway.
