My colleague's house was sold in less than a month and she referred me to her Realtor,
Ms. Sheryl Guy-Gordon with Long & Foster.

My experience with Ms. Guy-Gordon was extremely excellent!

It was late November when I called her about my desire to sell my house...we met and she walked me through the protocols of Real Estate that related to my mission.

She was very professional and knowledgeable. Her pleasant personality was a delight and she was diligent in keeping me updated.

She listed my house and the very next day she received 8 very good inquiries!
With that said...we closed on the sale of my house by the end of the following month of December!

Ms. Guy-Gordon was the perfect fit for our family when we were trying to sell our family home in Washington, D.C. after the passing of our beloved Mother. She was professional, knowledgable, and very kind. She assisted my sisters and I through the selling process and was always so helpful and responsive to all of our questions. She has a wealth of real estate knowledge and will tell you the truth about the price of your home and what to expect when trying to sell it. I have referred her to my friends and family and they also have stated that she is awesome!
