Sheryl is the most amazing realtor!! We met her in September 2020 when selling our townhouse in South Tampa. Not only did she handle it without us on site, but she wrote the most fabulous description, posted gorgeous professional photos that landed six offers in the first 24 hours from just the listing! She is a tough negotiator and advocate for her client, as we found out in this first transaction with her as our realtor. We received the full asking price and closed within 21 days! When we found what was the perfect home for us in November of 2020 after months of searching with Sheryl, she once again handled the tough negotiations to have us in our new home within one month! We have since purchased additional property with Sheryl as our realtor, and we can’t imagine making any real estate transactions without her and the eXp team beside us. If you are looking for a realtor who puts her client first with a team around the world to assist, definitely call Sheryl!

I’m not even sure where to begin, but I’ll start with how incredibly blessed we were to have Sheryl as our agent. When we decided to list our home, Sheryl was the first person who came to my mind. There was no doubt that not only would she get my home sold (full price!) but I knew she would be amazing to work with. I was so right. From the photos, virtual tour, the listing description, to the open houses, everything was top notch. We had some issues with our first buyers (their agent, not Sheryl) and Sheryl had our backs the whole time. We talked just about everyday and she was always available to take our calls, or immediately call us back. We had great communication during the whole process. We were able to get new buyers immediately and have a closing within 21 days. I cannot recommend Sheryl enough. While Sheryl was traveling, we had conversations with Tamara on her team, who was amazing as well. If you are looking for a realtor who takes her time with you, who is professional, has so much knowledge and experience, and has your best interest, you need to call Sheryl.
