Sheryl McQuilliams

Sheryl McQuilliams is an experienced real estate professional. She has a good understanding of rent rolls, reconciliation of property revenues, expense operating budgets and financial statements. She played an important role in due diligence functions on property acquisitions for her former employer. Providing accounting information on various property sales and acquisitions is a major factor in her background.

Sheryl oversaw 45 tenant move-ins in a brand new "NAIOP Developer of the Year" building located in Englewood, CO. She continued oversight of the property after 100% occupancy was achieved. She then repeated the process in a $7 million dollar redevelopment project of the buildings located at 1777, 1780 and 1805 S. Bellaire Street in Denver, CO. During this renovation project she assisted Landlords and Tenants in approximately 100 leases in the AmeriVest/Sheridan Center Buildings.

Sheryl has become a well-qualified commercial real estate agent. She currently is co-listing property with Mr. Jerry Meer, CPM, Vice President with Coldwell Banker Commercial R.E.S.I.
