My family and I greatly appreciate having had the opportunity to luck into an expert like Sheryl. She transformed this experience for us, first-time home buyers, from a stressful and tedious process to an exciting journey. Before working with Sheryl and her team, we looked at and placed offers on houses with others who were not nearly as knowledgeable as Sheryl is, and ultimately those bids fell through. Sheryl updated us about everything, responded quickly to our inquiries, and informed us about things we had no idea we needed to know. She worked diligently to find a home that would be realistic and most suitable for us, despite the current unfavorable market. Within a few weeks, we found a house we were excited about and it could not have gone any better. She armed us with the right information/advice and negotiated in a way that gave us the leverage to succeed in a multiple offer situation. It was beyond a pleasure, thank you again!

She went above and beyond if I can give more than five stars I would. She understood from the beginning what our budget , what we were looking for and that we have young children .We have our dream home, our kids love their schools and commute to NYC is easy. Even after closing she reached out to us to see how we are doing and if there is anything she can help with just to let her know. Me and my wife, who was pregnant at the time were looking for a fresh start. After working with another agent and losing properties due to lack of communication and not educating us on real estate, being that we are first time home buyers, I knew we had to go elsewhere. We met Sheryl and on our first walk through we had already went to negotiation. Things fell through due to issues with the property and our search continued. I would call and text Sheryl everyday multiple times about properties and always got a quick response. She took the time to educate us and point us in the right direction. She is very knowledgeable about market value and trending areas that will fit your lifestyle. We had been through multiple bidding wars and yet she never let us give up and we were always aggressive amongst other buyers. We had multiple call backs and I knew we were on the right track. The market is so in demand and fast paced, but with Sheryl we always kept up with the competition and she was always able to accommodate viewings on short notice with my pregnant wife and us living an hour away. Her patience, attitude and negotiation skills are the reason we were able to close on our dream house for less than what other buyers offered on the property. She never makes you feel as a buyer obligated to any property. It was a pleasure looking for a house with Sheryl and after starting on the wrong foot you appreciate even more someone as responsive, responsible and genuine as Sheryl. Sometimes I would call her for an issue and even when it’s not within her knowledge she doesn't redirect you but instead goes out of her way to find the answer or the person that is able to address that issue. I have been working with Sheryl for over a year on and off looking for the perfect property to start my new family. Back in July we came across the perfect home in Danbury CT. I cannot put into words how amazing Sheryl is. I started looking for co-ops in the beginning of 2020. No matter how many properties I would want to see, she would reply, reach out to the sellers and provide me with dates and times immediately. She would take me some days to see 4-6 properties and it was always a pleasant experience. Sheryl is assertive, personable and is not afraid to ask questions and get you answers. We looked at so many places, and through the disappointments she was reassuring and positive. Not once did she seem annoyed. She would assure me that we would find something and even suggested I try to look for condos instead. She detailed the differences and positives and we resumed a new search. Months later at the end of the year we finally got an accepted offer and she was so genuinely happy and excited. She is knowledgeable and overall a genuinely beautiful person and I would recommend her without hesitation. This was my first time purchasing a home and she held my hand every step of the way and made the grueling process much more tolerable with her perseverance, positive attitude and sense of humor. She is a gem.

I was introduced by one of my coworkers to Ms Morrison and right away she was so professional within two weeks she was able to show me some houses and I was able to purchase my house stress free all because of her positive attitude she is excellent in all areas very well manner alway there when I needed advice no matter the hours.
