Sheryl is amazing. I had the pleasure to meet her while looking for an apartment in Miami Beach. Her warm welcome to the place and her responsiveness/willingness to help made me choose the apartment I’m currently living for 2 years. Our best Real Estate experience overall. Sheryl padilla way overpassed our expectations on our new beach home. We came to the beach unaware that a month later we would find the home of our dreams. Sheryl initially asked us why wouldn’t we move to the beach, and we told her that we were not considering moving at this moment, nevertheless, she presented some options for our consideration. We got very excited for the properties that she sent and decided to go with her to take some walkthroughs. Once we saw the espectacular views, we fell in love of the unit we currently occupy. We thought that it would be a traumatic process especially considering that we have 2 little ones, being one of them an 8 months old baby girl. Sherryl took care of everything, we had to do nothing but fill out the paperwork (already digested by her) and we were on a roll to our new home. She was so diligent, professional, caring and considerate. Always looking for our best interest while maintaining a good balance between professionalism and ethics. Overall the best experience as mentioned at the beginning of this review.

If you are considering moving anywhere in Miami, especially Miami Beach, we highly recommend Sheryl as your best option. We love her and hope anyone can have the same Amazing experience that we had.
