Since the launch of her commercial real estate brokerage career in the early 1980’s at Trammell Crow Company, Sheryl’s professional philosophy is to embrace a client-centric outlook, choosing to focus her efforts on building long-term connections with those she serves rather than endorsing the traditional transaction–oriented business model.

Today, as Principal and Cofounder of PickensRidnour, L.P. LP (dba Real
Estate Uprising), Sheryl leads with a strategic hands-on approach when negotiating on behalf of her clients in various transactional capacities in areas of leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, strategic consulting, portfolio management, broker opinions of value, and state/local incentives.
