I am more than happy to write a review for Sheryl. I have known her for almost 3 years now. I have never used her for buying or selling a home but have been coaching her and her business during this time. Sheryl decided many years ago that in order to be better at running a business and to be better at taking care of her clients that she would need to invest in herself and her business and take on a business coach and that coach is me.
I have over 80 clients that I coach, and I can honestly say that I do not have a client who is more educated and knowledgeable about all thing’s real estate than Sheryl. She is constantly learning and educating herself about the real estate industry on a national level and local level in the area that she serves so that she can provide her clients with the best information available and to guide them through the sometimes-daunting home buying or selling process.
Integrity at times can be an overused word when describing someone but after 3 years of knowing her she is all about integrity at the highest level. Yes, she makes her living by helping clients buy and sell real estate but that is not what motivates her. What motivates her is serving her clients to the best of her ability and to get them to reach their goals and the byproduct of this over serving through the process will result in monetary reward in her commission, which she deserves every percent of!
If I were to live in the Chicago area Sheryl is THE person I would use for my real estate needs…no questions asked!!

Sheyrl is a master at her craft, knows what it takes to get the job done and is as sweet and patient as they get :). It's imperative on her end that she is utilized correctly when apartment hunting. She always makes sure that when you're looking at places, you're not just looking at a single apartment - you're looking at multiple places so you can widen your range of choices from the viewed sights.

She's very good at communicating and will address the best time she's able to talk with you as she's also working with other clients. My favorite part about her professionalism is her deep-rooted checklist from her years of experience in this field. She'll ask as many questions possible to make sure that she has completed everything on her end as well on your end. She was the real MVP during this pandemic and I truly appreciate her hard work and stubbornness to make sure I got a place :D!
