Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for choosing Mr Shirish Patel / Solid Source Realty.
I was looking for an honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and hard-working realtor who would go beyond his job description. He was incredibly flexible, professional, and courteous. He worked with me every step of the way he was extremely knowledgeable of the market he understood the market terminology and he was available to help with assistance in preparing my home for showing, because of his due diligence and perseverance my home was put on the market on a Friday morning and I received nine higher than expected offers 3 days later on that following Monday by end of business day. I closed on my house within 30 to 35 days he was definitely realistic about the whole process and kept me up to date day by day. I would highly recommend him to sell anyone's home if you were looking for someone that was an all-around good person and had your best interest at heart then Mr Shirish Patel is your man.
