Shirley's professional career began in 1978 as a Corporate Buyer for a travel retailer. Developing marketing strategies, price negotiations, and product selection required Shirley to travel throughout the USA and abroad. Shirley's extensive business experience, a clear understanding of market trends, and strong negotiation skills were a perfect segue in the pursuit of a career in the real estate industry. She became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2002, a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2006, and an Accredited Staging Professional in 2009. Shirley proudly joined the Samson Properties family in 2020. Shirley is a privileged member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. Shirley specializes in the residential sector of real estate. She is committed and passionate about assisting buyers and sellers in achieving their American dream of homeownership. You will find Shirley at the local fitness club when she is not conducting real estate transactions. It is her favorite pass time. She also enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay, theater, classic movies, and cooking with friends and family.
