Sellers especially like my services as I assist them with ideas of how we can market their property to its best and also can help sellers with ideas about reinvesting or by the use of 1031 exchanges to keep from paying any more taxes than they have to.
Never met a buyer or seller that I couldn't find some ideas for them and I love doing it!!

Have had 20 years experience in residential, land, recreational, relocation, short sales, foreclosures and am agent for HUD in my county.
