Back in 2010ish we were looking to relocate from the east valley and contacted Shirley. Bingo, did weever do the right thing. She listened to what it was we were looking forand where. It did take a couple of months, but we only spent time looking at homes that were suitable. Once she found us the perfect house in Trilogy @ Vistancia the real work began. There is absolutely NO way we could ever have done it without Shirley. This past winter we decide we wanted to sell our home and look for another and after talking it over for a brief time we knew that we needed to call Shirley. This time she really had her hands full with us. Still she managed to pull it all off with the sale of our home and purshase of the new one. We really really never could have done this without her. Not only is she knowlegeable about everything for buying and selling but she is also punctual. Hugh factor for us. If anyone is even thinking about buying or selling give her a call. It may not be the right time to do so and she will let you know. Shirley recently sold 3 properties for us. Two in Corte Bella and one in Sun City Grand. We had the houses listed and they did not sell. We noticed that Shirley’s listings were selling. She helped us stage our houses with items we had and even added some on her own to make the houses feel bigger and added more WOW appeal. She had professional “magazine “ type pictures taken for the MLS and her descriptions detailed the features our houses that made them a better value that others for sale. They all sold in few weeks for our original prices. Some issues came up during escrow and she handled them promptly and to our benefit. She helped us with the few needed repairs that had to be done by referring us to professionals that did them at fair prices.
