Shirley Rotundo

Shirley Rotundo is extremely well-rounded. Shirley comes to us with a Legal and Public Affairs degree from Florida International University. She has extensive knowledge in Housing and Urban Development, as she previously worked alongside the Director of the Miami-Dade Housing Choice Voucher Program. Shirley also has knowledge in commercial and residential real estate, has performed underwriting work for different types of commercial properties, multifamily and residential home. Shirley also comes from luxury sales and service background. Her service career began with the Entertainment Management Group establishment in Coral Gables. There she would coordinate and manage high-end events and execute sales contracts. Shirley grew up in South Florida and is very knowledgeable in the Greater Miami area. One of her pet peeves is bad customer service so often found in today’s society. Therefore, her level of service and professionalism is superior.
