Shirlyne has been a licensed Sales Associate for 19 years and a Licensed Real Estate Broker for 25 years, for a total of 44 years as a licensed Real Estate professional. She was associated with the same company in Los Angeles for 23 years. In 2001 she moved to Valley Center. Most of her business has been listing and selling single family residences along with listing and selling multifamily dwellings. Shirlyne also has experience working with short sales and foreclosed properties, also supervising the cleanup and cosmetic rehabilitation of properties. She uses the internet for most of her marketing along with Open Houses on the weekends.
