Shivam Patel has lived in Charlotte and been around real estate for most of his life. He learned about salesmanship at the young age of fourteen by helping close family and friends renovate homes. During college he was recruited by a Fortune 500 company to start intern in Commercial Real Estate at the age of nineteen. After earning his degree in Finance & Operations, Shivam got his licenses in Residential, Commercial, Agriculture and Industrial Real Estate. 11 years later and now at the age of 30, he has been able to build a culture of relationships with a mixture of technological advances and data back analytics to offer you the best service.
In his spare time, Shivam loves to watch and play sports, travel, meet new people, and discover the next big challenge in life! He is adventurous by nature and can usually be sighted biking on a trail or hiking on a nearby mountain. He also has a big passion for stocks. He has worked in every aspect of the industry, representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks within the residential, commercial, and industrial space. He has been trained and inspired by some of the best in the business, including Bill Gallagher and Tom Ferry.
