We worked with Shivani to sell our home in Dublin for top dollar this spring. She worked tirelessly with her many connections of handymen, home inspectors, gardeners, stagers, and photographers to get our home prepped and ready for the market in great condition. We received multiple offers after a busy open house weekend. She is an excellent negotiator and was able to get us the deal that we needed to make our next home possible. Shivani has helped us buy 3 (all of our) houses. In this competitive market, she really knows how to win an offer. Each of the offers were against 5 - 10 other offers, and we won each time without putting in the highest bid because of the credibility she had with the seller agent. She really knows this business well and is the best real estate agent in the industry. She also takes great care of her clients, walks with them at every step and hand holds through all stages. She goes above and beyond in treating clients professionally. In one case, the bank that gave us preapproval, wasn't able to get the loan approved before closing and the offer was without financial contingency. She was able to pull it through at the last minute by involving a loan agent who worked off hours for relationship with her to close the deal, getting us the house and saving our deposit. She is great at handling the curve balls that can come with the real estate deal. She is the best, and we highly highly recommend her.

She was super response and personable, and was able to help us navigate the process in a very efficient and streamlined fashion. She also did a lot of logistical and management work with our loan officers to make sure that we hit our desired close date (we did - even after we moved up the date). Shivani has been wonderful to work with, and made the search for a home very smooth and easy. She made the process enjoyable with her humor, and made it much less stressful, with her being very organized and efficient. She made it possible to buy a home we loved quickly, with the budget we had, in spite of being discouraged by other agents before that it’s difficult to buy a house we want in this tough market. She has been very knowledgeable about everything needed into buying a house, right down to the little details, like noticing something about the house we missed. We felt confident about putting an offer because Shivani always gave us the information we needed. She has always been available to answer our questions and make us feel positive about our decisions. Even after we closed our house, she organized inspectors and contractors to come to our house to make the process of moving in even smoother. My wife and I are first time home buyers, and Shivani helped us get the house we wanted in this tough market! Right from our first visit, Shivani helped us understand the details of home buying process and helped educate us on everything that goes into purchasing a home. Shivani is professional, punctual, and always made sure we had all the info we needed before putting an offer. Shivani has great knowledge on everything that goes into purchasing/selling/renovating homes in the Bay Area. While touring, she showed us how to identify issues on foundation, roof, floor etc . We often had last minute requests and Shivani was always able to accommodate changes. It was a great experience purchasing our first home with Shivani, we learnt so much, and Shivani was there to help us throughout the process. Words fall short to describe what Shivani has done for us. We worked with 2 agents before we approached Shivani and we are so glad we decided to fire the others and go to Shivani. Our previous agents made us feel incompetent while insisting that we settle on a house we didn’t even like. Shivani gave us the confidence and we truly didn’t have to compromise on anything. I bought my first home with Shivani, During our first in-person meeting i discussed the entire house-buying process and told her about myself and what I'm looking for. I appreciated how up front she was during that initial meeting as she told me what would be possible with my budget and what wouldn't be, and explained the ins and outs of the process. Overall a great Buying experience working with Shivani Yadav.
We were referred to Shivani by our friends and cannot be more happy with the choice. She is very cool and composed. She spent a good amount of time explaining the entire home buying process and politely addressed tons of calls and texts made by us. It was a serious hunt for 4 months and she was very accommodative with our schedule.
