We found Shoana to be very professional. She manifested this in several ways. Shoana was organized in gathering our information and mapping out the route we took each time we toured homes. She was prompt for each appointment. Shoana was so patient with us, as we were not easy to please. We would vacillate on the price and the perks, but she would not be discouraged. She just kept coming back optimistic each time. She responded to each of our inquiries with the same professionalism as the first day of business. She continued to give her expertise before and after the home inspection. We even received a card and a call from her days after the closing. I hope we don't need a realtor soon, but if we do, I know who we will call. Meantime, she comes highly recommended.

Where do I begin? Let’s start back to approximately 6 years ago I was looking for some positive change and I entrusted a total stranger with my plan to purchase a home. Shoana assured me it would be stressful, but guided me through the entire process. She actually gave me a consultation and asked me some really tough questions about credit, the type of home I wanted to buy, getting pre-approved, and choosing the area I wanted to live.
Once we did that we saw about 10 places. The very first place she showed me, I thought I hated. After sitting down and assessing my needs I ended up choosing the very first house. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Fast forward to the next chapter of my life and “sold by shoana” is back. We are 2 weeks away from another real estate milestone. She’s not afraid to negotiate on your behalf.

We were so fortunate to have found Shoana. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was extremely patient as we looked at homes over several months.

In short, Shoana was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. I’ve worked with a few realtors, and it was an unpleasant experience. I felt like they weren’t as interested in me finding a home as I was. I was looking for a home for over a year 😩.
A colleague of mine provided me with Shoana’s imformation. She had such an awesome personality and she was ready to get out there and show me houses. She LISTENED to everything I wanted in a home, showed me several listings each time we met, and answered all of my questions! I found my home within a few months of working with her and the process went so quick!!!
