Shola was excellent from start to finish. She helped from negotiation to settlement. She provided useful advice and broke down information about closing. She even attended the settlement to ensure it went smoothly and make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. I did not have any experience or knowledge of the home buying process. I simply called Shola, and she walked me through it perfectly from searching for homes to signing all those final papers at settlement. I was very nervous starting this process, but once I met with Shola and started looking at homes, I became very comfortable. I went with a short sale home so my process took a little longer than others, but I wouldn't have changed anything. I've purchased 5 homes previously, but Shola was hands down the best realtor that I've ever worked with!!!
