Shondia attended all meetings informed and possessing helpful information. She is very thorough and frank when explaining or addressing all related topics, which definitely revealed she's a subject matter expert

I switched from a realtor I was working with for 6months to Shondia! She told me info the past realtor hadn’t mention, she hooked me up with a people who could really help move my situation and pulled strings that was out of her league! I had viewed& sent several offers with the past realtor and met Shondia and viewed 3 and my offer was accepted! This was amazing process with her! She exceeded my expectations! If you looking to buy, looking for an agent who has your best interest, looking for somebody who keeps you updated and tells you pros/cons I highly recommend her! I wish I could write a book about how wonderful our experience was with Shondia Stroman. We were on a tight schedule to move but still needed a lot of detail in our home, as well as location. Mrs. Stroman took all of ideas combined them and made magic. We are in awe as to how she did all that she did on a tight schedule, in the middle of a housing mayhem. At the time houses weren’t even being listed on the market because they were moving so fast. She showed us everything in regards to our lengthy list (Sorry again about that). She even worked with the sellers realtor on specific details to make sure we were all comfortable.
I told her House buying can’t be done until it’s ShondiaDone! She is Simply the Best!!!

When we began the home buying process, I asked for realtor recommendations and received 2-3 names. Shondia was actually the first I called. She immediately made me feel comfortable. I felt she listened to my needs and anticipated things that I didn’t even know I needed. She has been simply AMAZING through the whole process! Her knowledge of the area we were looking, connections in the community, and inviting personality made the home buying process simple and enjoyable (mostly). Wow.. where do i start? I was given Shondia number and from day one I knew she was the right person for me. She broke EVERYTHING down and the "dumb" questions I had she gave me clarity. It didn't matter how early or late she will ALWAYS respond and asked if I had any questions. She took my best interest to heart and gave her opinions and point of view. Shondia walked me thru the whole process on looking for a home and point out things I would have missed. Shondia was more than just a realtor, she became family. She listed my house on a Wednesday abs we have offers same day. House sold in 3 days with no hiccups. She was honest and upfront at all times. In the beginning, I was unsure of the home buying process and felt like I couldn’t accomplish my goal. I was referred to Shondia through a family member, whom also spoke highly of her work.

Since the first phone call, Shondia spoke life into my questioning of purchasing a home. I always came up with an excuse on why it was not a good time....in her response “You got this!” Even though her response was so simple, it was the tone she set that gave me reassurance that I can do it.

Shondia always had my back and make sure all my decisions were thought out all the way through and to “never settle”. She fought hard in my corner to get me the best deal and shared numerous resources.

Most importantly, she educated me through each step and had great patience when I thought I had the most silliest question.

Shondia became a big sister and friend. She will not steer you wrong. I don’t think anyone can do better than her!!!

Wow, i can’t even start about my experience with Shondia. I now feel like she is a friend that I’m gone invite to every event. She has been very professional, prompt and always had my back. She has been there every step of the way to explain the unknown and unfamiliar in this house buying process. Shondia is an expert in her job and she will find out if the answer isn’t immediately. Anything i asked her to handle, it wasn’t more than 24hrs later ever. I’m sure I wasn’t her only client in fact i know i wasn’t but she made me feel as if i was. Attentive to my needs and concerns and never ever ever let me down. I didn’t know what to expect because this was my first time buying a home but i know who I will always go to in the state of south carolina for my real estate needs.
