Joe and Shonna worked with our family for months to find the perfect home. They took the time to line up multiple showings that left us feeling very much heard with regards to our wish list. They even came prepared with snacks and juice for our three little ones, as well as a few games to keep them entertained! Ultimately, we went back and forth on a few properties and the Menzo team really helped us to make the best decision for our family by scheduling multiple repeat showings and by helping us learn about the neighborhoods where our favorite homes were located. I can highly recommend them for your own home search or sale!

The Menzo Team did a great job helping my folks sell their house and find a new one! They were very knowledgeable of the area and very responsive. My husband and I worked with Joe and Shonna early this year (2021) to find a house for our family. The market is insanely competitive and we HAD to find a house to accommodate our rapidly growing family. These two were incredible. They not only showed us houses we wanted to see, but also paid close attention to our needs and found us houses to go look at that fit. Everything they found for is was spot on. They helped us make our offers as enticing as possible and never pushed us to make any offer we were uncomfortable with. They did everything in their power to get us into the home of our dreams!!! These two have amazing relationships with other realtors, which goes a long way in negotiations. You want a team that has a good reputation in Jax and these two are it! They are kind, they listen, they are fast, and they are PATIENT. We couldn't have done it without them. They are so knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable in all that you do. There is no one else you should work with. Stop your search. Let them sell your home and let them show you homes. Don't bother with anyone else... Seriously! We love them!!!
