JOSHI is the great Realstate agent and wonderful person. When we moved to Florida, he helped us to find us a rent until we find a house that we wanted to buy. Shri helped us sell our home in Palm Bay this spring and was outstanding. Shri kept us in the loop every step of the way right from the start and was always there to take care of any items to make this a smooth transaction. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. If the time ever comes when we will be looking for a new home in the area, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

Shri gets 5 stars w/ out hesitation. He is super patient and genuinely looked out for my best interest, even when it wasn't convenient for him. He cares about the satisfaction of his clients. I felt no pressure at all, and I felt very comfortable w/ Shri, like he was a friend i've known for years. He caught a mistake by the title company that would have cost me several hundred dollars, and I got a refund check from them.
